At Xico Dive Shop, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at boutique@xicodivecenter.com so we can assess the issue and work toward a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Given our final sale policy, we cannot accept returns on any items, including personal goods, custom products, sale items, or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific product, feel free to contact us before making your purchase.
